Is the US unhappy with the agreement?
Whispers are that the delay is due to disagreement over one or
two lines in the text, including one line that says "Developed country
Parties shall continue taking the lead by undertaking economy-wide
absolute emission reduction targets."
A previous draft said that developed countries "should" do this, but the wording "shall" would make it legally-binding.
Rumour has it the US may be objecting to this line - more as we get it...

"Number of errors" in agreement
As a result of staff fatigue, a number of errors were not
detected when the documents were being prepared in the early hours of
this morning, negotiators told.

"Shall" changed to "should" in passage on emission targets
The "final" draft initially read thus:
"Developed country Parties shall continue taking the lead by undertaking economy-wide absolute emission reduction targets."
Speculation that one country took issue with the word "shall" has effectively been confirmed as the new version will instead read "should."

PARIS AGREEMENT ADOPTED
Cheers all around as Fabius says he sees no objections and declared that the Paris agreement is adopted.
